Business information (name, GST, PAN, address), contact details (phone, email), financial records (invoices, payments, outstanding), farm data (acres, crops, location for farmers), and usage analytics.
To operate the IndiKisan platform, process transactions, send notifications (SMS/WhatsApp/email), generate reports, and improve our services. We do NOT sell your data to third parties.
Business data is retained for 8 years (as required by GST/Income Tax laws). You may request deletion of non-statutory data by contacting support.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@indikisan.com or use Settings → Data Deletion Request in the app.
We use AES-256 encryption for sensitive data, Row Level Security for multi-tenant isolation, and HTTPS for all communications. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel (AWS) with data stored in Supabase (Mumbai region).
